Tina trained as a Chartered Accountant through Waikato Polytechnic (now known as Wintec).
She was employed with Spicer and Oppenheim while studying and worked in the areas of Tax,
Audit and Business Advisory Services giving her a wide variety of experience within a Chartered Accountancy practice. Following her employment there for 5 years Tina moved into the commercial area of accounting at Ready Mixed Concrete as the Accountant. With Milburn Cement being the parent company she was transferred to Head Office in Christchurch and in her time at Head Office (now Holcim) she had the roles of Management Accountant and was promoted to Financial Accountant for the Holcim Group.

With the expansion of her family and the desire to spend more time with the young children she retrained as a High School Teacher of Accounting leaving the corporate world for Education.
Tina was employed by Cambridge High School which gave the family the opportunity to return to their roots in the Waikato. She has been employed as the Head of Department for the Commerce Department at Cambridge High School for over 10 years. The School Holidays and after hours allows Tina to manage Cambridge Accountants Ltd and also be able to do the practical side of her passion for Accounting and working with clients. Shea runs the office on a day to day basis.

Shea joined the office in 2011 coming from an IT and Office Administration background. Beginning her involvement in the Accounting Industry in the early 80’s, being one of the pioneers in the use, Installation and Training of Solution 6 Management Accounting Software. She is a born and bred Cambridge girl, thereby knowing a lot of people in the local community. Shea has a family of three – 2 sons aged 24 and 22, and a 14 year old daughter currently attending St Peter’s. Shea is a family person with strong moral values, bringing her ethics into the workplace to ensure high standards of output. She is currently developing relationships with the clients and specialises in small to medium businesses, Taxation, Business Structure and Implementing Computer Procedures.
